Kahuna vs Lifespan Kids
Both brands sit at the budget end, but they offer different things for the money. Kahuna is coil springs throughout, in round and one oval. Lifespan Kids sells the springless HyperJump 3, which uses elastic straps instead of steel springs, alongside conventional coil-spring models.
Warranty is where they separate. Lifespan Kids provides a 10-year frame warranty on its HyperJump models, dropping to 2 years on some others. Kahuna provides 1-year frame, mat and net warranties across the range. Neither publishes an especially long mat warranty, so check that row against the model you want.
Neither brand comes close to full compliance. Three of eleven Lifespan Kids models are listed as meeting the Australian Trampoline Standard AS 4989:2015, and none of Kahuna's are. The Lifespan model that meets the standard is the coil-spring HyperJump 4 rather than the springless HyperJump 3.
Choose Lifespan Kids if you want a springless mat at a budget price or a 10-year frame warranty. Choose Kahuna if you want the largest trampoline for the least money.

Quick verdict
Lifespan Kids offers more for the money in warranty terms and is the only one of the two with a springless option, and the only one with any model listed as meeting the standard. Kahuna undercuts it on price and goes larger at the top of its range. Read the frame warranty row per model on the Lifespan side, because it is not consistent.
