Two round coil-spring trampolines aimed at the same family buyer, at a few hundred dollars apart.
The Vuly Ultra 2 is listed as meeting the Australian Trampoline Standard AS 4989:2015. The OzUltimate Round is not, though other models from Oz Trampolines — the Summit range — are. Both provide 5-year frame warranties, but Vuly provides a 5-year mat warranty against 2 years from Oz, while Oz provides a 2-year net warranty against 1 year from Vuly.
The OzUltimate is cheaper at matching sizes and publishes combined weight limits, which Vuly does not. Per-jumper ratings are close: 130 kg on the OzUltimate against 120 to 130 kg on the Ultra 2 depending on size. The Ultra 2 offers a small S size and a slightly larger XL.
Choose the Vuly Ultra 2 if you want a model that meets the standard and a longer mat warranty. Choose the OzUltimate if you want to spend less and are comfortable without the standard.

Quick verdict
The two are close on bounce and capacity, so the standard and the price decide it. If the Australian standard matters, the Ultra 2 wins outright — or consider the Oz Summit range, meets the standard and costs less than both.
