The HERO comes with a 5-year mat warranty against 2 years on the OzUltimate, though the OzUltimate has a 2-year net warranty against 1 year on the HERO. Neither model is listed as meeting the Australian Trampoline Standard AS 4989:2015, which is worth noting because other Oz Trampolines models — the Summit range — are.

Choose the OzUltimate if you want to spend less and want published mat and net warranties. Choose the HERO if the higher weight rating or the 10-year frame warranty matters more.

The HERO is the better trampoline for older kids and heavier jumpers, and its frame warranty is twice as long. The OzUltimate is the value option. If the Australian standard matters to you, note that neither of these has it, and look at the Oz Summit range instead.
